- Terminalia bellirica (Bibhitaki) — 75 mg.
- Phyllanthus emblica (Amla) — 75 mg.
- Rheum palmatum (Chinese rhubarb) — 50 mg.
Cassia fistula — 50 mg. Terminalia chebula (Haritaki) has a mild laxative effect, improves digestion, promotes intestinal cleansing and normalization of stool. Terminalia bellirica (Bibhitaki) helps improve digestive system function, has anti-inflammatory and laxative action. Phyllanthus emblica (Amla) is a r ich source of vitamin C, has antioxidant action, improves metabolism and promotes normalization of intestinal function. Rheum palmatum (Chinese rhubarb) is traditionally used as a laxative component, helps stimulate intestinal peristalsis. Cassia fistula has mild laxative action, helps with constipation. The complex of natural extracts has a gentle but effective action aimed at restoring normal intestinal function without irritation. Directions for use: 2-3 capsules once a day before bedtime in case of constipation.
