"Nasolin" syrup is used to reduce swelling of the nasopharyngeal mucosa, to relieve symptoms of nasal congestion, runny nose and sneezing caused by the common cold, including allergic rhinitis. Suitable for children over 1 year old.
Each teaspoon (5 ml) contains
chlorphenamine maleate Chlorpheniramine maleate 2 mg. phenylephrine hydrochloride Phenylephrine HCI 5 ml. Chlorphenamine maleate is an anti-allergic drug, has vasoconstrictive action and relieves itching (including eyes, nose), swelling and hyperemia of the mucous membranes of the nasal cavity, nasopharynx and sinuses, reduces nasal discharge, nasal congestion, tearing and eliminates sneezing. Phenylephrine has pronounced vasoconstrictive action, reduces swelling and hyperemia of the nasal mucosa, restores free breathing, lowers pressure in paranasal cavities and the middle ear. The syrup does not contain alcohol and has a pleasant sweet fruity taste.
Directions for use and dosage
Children from 1 to 2 years – 1/4 teaspoon (1.25 ml) Children from 2 to 6 years – 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) Children from 6 to 12 years – 1 teaspoon (5 ml) Adults and children over 12 years – take 2 teaspoons (10 ml) Can be used every 4-6 hours. Do not use if the cap is broken or detached. Close the cap tightly after use. Keep out of reach of children. Use with caution when driving a car and in other activities requiring concentration and high reaction speed. Use during pregnancy and breastfeeding is possible only if the potential benefit to the mother exceeds the possible risk to the fetus and child. Store at a temperature not above 30 °C. Protect from light.
